BOCA RATON, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2025) — Construction crews are finally moving on Glass House Boca Raton, a nine-story luxury condo project tucked just off East Palmetto Park Road. The developer, 280 E Palmetto Park Road LLC, says the first unit — Residence 23 — is now on the market for $3.43 million.

Designed by GarciaStromberg out of West Palm Beach, the building’s got a clean, modern look and a prime downtown spot near restaurants, shops, and the beach. Walkable, bright, expensive — all the things Boca’s been building toward.

Residence 23 stretches 3,235 square feet, three bedrooms, three and a half baths, plus a 1,200-square-foot terrace that wraps around the corner. It’s the kind of place where you take the elevator straight into your living room, glass walls on two sides, ceilings that look twice as tall as they should be.

The kitchen’s loaded — European cabinets, engineered stone, a Miele appliance suite. The primary suite feels more spa than bedroom, and both guest rooms have their own baths.

Other units run from three to four bedrooms, priced from $3.4 million up past $7 million. Every home gets smart systems for lighting, sound, temperature — even security.

Up top, there’s a rooftop pool deck done in a French Riviera style, complete with a jacuzzi, cabanas, and a catering kitchen. The views stretch from the ocean to the Intracoastal, over to the golf course when the light hits right around sunset. Downstairs, a fitness and spa area comes with sauna, steam, a snow shower — yes, a snow shower — and a recovery space. There’s also a lounge just for residents and a 24-hour concierge.

Each condo includes two EV-ready parking spaces and climate-controlled storage; a few get private garages. Optional memberships at The Boca Raton resort and Sollis Health are on the table too.

Completion’s set for summer 2027, give or take. Douglas Elliman’s handling the sales from the Glass House gallery at 221 E. Palmetto Park Road — just a few blocks west of Mizner Boulevard, if you’re curious enough to stop in.
