Shooting In Boynton Beach Leaves 1 Injured

BOCA RATON, FL (Boca Post) — Boca Post has been notified about a shooting in Boynton Beach that occurred at the Ashley Lake Apartments near Cedar Lake road in unincorporated Boynton Beach last night.

On Saturday, January 1, 2022, at approximately 11:10 pm, deputies responded to a shooting that occurred in the roadway in the 5200 block of Cedar Lake Road in the Ashley Lake Apartments, in Boynton Beach. The victim was transported to a local hospital with a gunshot wound to the abdomen.

Detectives from the Violent Crimes Division arrived on scene to investigate further.
