BOCA RATON, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2025) — Lang Realty’s Jeannine Morris walked away with one of the region’s top nonprofit honors last week, earning the Junior League of Boca Raton’s 2025 Woman Volunteer of the Year award.

Morris, who represented Place of Hope at the Leighan and David Rinker Campus, was selected from a pool of 39 nominees across Palm Beach and northern Broward counties. The recognition was announced during the 38th Annual Woman Volunteer of the Year Luncheon and Fashion Show, held Nov. 21 at The Boca Raton.

She called the honor humbling. “Supporting Place of Hope has been one of the most meaningful roles in my life,” Morris said in a statement shared by Lang Realty. “To be named Woman Volunteer of the Year among so many remarkable women is incredibly humbling. It is a privilege to help further a mission that provides safety, guidance, and hope to children and families who need it most.”

Her work with Place of Hope focuses on programs for children and families in foster care and transitional housing. The nonprofit provides safety, stability, mentorship, and long-term support to youth and families facing major instability.

Lang Realty President Scott Agran said the award reflects the company’s pride in her service. “Jeannine’s recognition is a tremendous point of pride for all of us at Lang Realty,” Agran said. “Her dedication to Place of Hope and her passion for lifting up vulnerable children and families truly exemplify what it means to serve with heart. She is an extraordinary representative of Lang Realty and of our community.”

Morris has also held long-term leadership roles with Impact 100 Palm Beach County. She has been a member since 2012, spending more than a decade working to advance the group’s mission of collective women-led philanthropy. She recently completed two years as Co-President and previously served three years as Co-Chair of the Communications Committee, where she helped expand the organization’s reach and community presence.

The annual Woman Volunteer of the Year Luncheon remains one of Boca Raton’s most well-attended philanthropic events, celebrating women shaping the nonprofit sector through hands-on service. This year’s event included a fashion show presented by The Boca Raton, with proceeds benefiting the Junior League’s community programs.
