‘Unsafe Structure’ Fight Lands in Court as Boynton Beach Presses for Inspection Warrant
City officials have petitioned the court for authority to enter a Boynton Beach home they say has been unsafe for nearly three years, alleging continued noncompliance with notices to repair or demolish the structure.
