A high-speed crash on South Military Trail ended in fire, sent three children to the hospital, and left one dead, with the driver now under investigation and charges pending, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.
Hollywood police say a 46-year-old man remains in critical condition after an altercation near Johnson Street and State Road 7 ended with him being struck with a metal object and then hit by a vehicle.
A Boca Raton driver was pronounced dead and a passenger remained in critical condition after a Porsche left State Road 7, crossed lanes, and went into a drainage canal in Delray Beach, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.
A two-vehicle crash on State Road 80 in Belle Glade on Aug. 10 later became a fatal case after one of the drivers died Dec. 31, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.
