JUPITER, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2026) — Arts4All Florida-Palm Beach County will hold its 29th annual Katie Gardner Memorial Golf Tournament on Friday, May 15, 2026, at Trump National Golf Club in Jupiter, with proceeds supporting arts programming for children and adults with disabilities across Palm Beach County.
The tournament, presented by HD Trailers, is one of the organization’s annual fundraising events and is named in memory of Katie Gardner, a young Palm Beach County artist who participated in Arts4All Florida-Palm Beach County programs and whose work became part of the organization’s history.
Gardner was remembered by the organization as a young artist with strong creative talent. She participated in A4AFL-PBC after entering and winning a holiday card contest in December 2000, then went on to take part in ArtStops classes including furniture painting, Sumi-e ink painting, watercolor painting and jewelry making. She sold artwork at local art shows and festivals.
The 2026 tournament continues that connection between the event and the artists it supports. Several A4AFL artists will create artwork for each participating sponsor’s award, carrying on a tradition that Gardner was once part of.
The tournament will be played in a scramble format. The entry fee is $2,000 per foursome and includes greens fees, prizes, awards, golf shirts, breakfast and lunch. Tournament participation is limited, and foursomes will be awarded on a first-response, first-served basis.
The day begins at 7:30 a.m. with registration, continental breakfast, practice facility access and the silent auction. Golfers will report to carts at 8:45 a.m., followed by sponsor recognition, a 9 a.m. shotgun start and scramble play. The schedule also includes a 2:30 p.m. helicopter golf ball drop, putting contest final and luncheon in the ballroom.
Special contests include the helicopter golf ball drop, longest drive, closest to the pin, hole-in-one and putting contest. Soft spikes and traditional golf attire are required.
Non-golfers may still attend the luncheon for $65 per person. Registration, sponsorships, player contests and guest lunches are available online through Betterworld. The registration deadline was April 15, 2026.
Funds raised through the tournament and silent auction will support visual and performing arts programs for children and adults with disabilities throughout Palm Beach County.
Arts4All Florida-Palm Beach County promotes arts, education and creative expression for children and adults with disabilities. The organization serves about 1,400 children and adults in classrooms, performance halls and art studios throughout Palm Beach County. Locally, A4AFL-PBC works in partnership with the Palm Beach County Parks and Recreation Department.
The 2026 golf committee is chaired by Dr. Anthony Caruso and Kirk Stetson. Committee members include Bill Gardner, Brendan Gardner, Stephen Gardner, Ryan Gilbert, Lisa Kuntzman, Joe Lambert, Chase Nugent, Cindy Pijanowski, Bo Preston and Stacy Staebell.
