Joyce And Joseph Zanleone Passed Away After Deadly Crash In Kings Point

Sadly, a second victim has passed away following a crash in Kings Point. PBSO tells us that Joseph Zanleone, the driver, succumbed to his injuries on February 22nd, 2023.

DELRAY BEACH, FL (Boca Post) — An 80-year-old woman was killed after the car she was riding in crashed into a residential building on Brittany L in Kings Point.

According to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, on Friday, February 17, 2023, at approximately 4:41 p.m., Joseph Zanleone, was driving westbound on Monaco Boulevard from Jog Road. Zanleone failed to maintain control of his vehicle for unknown reasons as he accelerated rapidly.

Zanleone ran a stop sign, drove through a hedge line and roadway sign, a cement planter, and finally into a residential building at 529 Brittany L.

Joyce Zanleone, a passenger, died from injuries sustained during this crash. She was transported to the Palm Beach County Medical Examiner’s Office.

Joseph Zanleone was transported to Delray Medical Center for treatment of his serious injuries.
