Kings Point Sex Offender Off To Prison – Jose Siveramolina

DELRAY BEACH, FL (Boca Post) — A Delray Beach man has been registered as a sex offender and transferred to DOC custody after a trial for child **** possession, according to jail records released to Boca Post by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.

Jose Siviramolina, 62, of 649 Saxony N in the Kings Point community of Delray Beach, has officially been documented as a sex offender before being transferred to the custody of of the Florida Department of Corrections.

The Kings Point resident was arrested in March of last year for 10 counts of “775.0847(2) POSSESSION OF 10 OR MORE FILES OF CHILD ****” for possession of a lot of child ****.

Siviramolina recently plead guilty and received a sentence of 6 years in prison to serve concurrently for each charge. When Siviramolina gets out of prison, and if he moves back into Kings Point, he will be the newest sex offender to move into Kings Point of Delray Beach.
