Kegan Bell, 20, Boynton Beach, Passed Away
DELRAY BEACH, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2024) — 20-year-old Kegan Bell, of Boynton Beach, passed away after a deadly motorcycle crash in Delray Beach early on Thursday morning.
20-year-old Kegan Bell, of Boynton Beach, was traveling eastbound on Atlantic Avenue within the outside (right) lane. As Bell traveled past El Clair Ranch Road, the roadway curved to the left. Bell failed to negotiate the curve as he drove onto the shoulder and into the curb. As the crash ensued, Bell’s Yamaha R6 overturned and Bell was ejected from the motorcycle onto the sidewalk.
Bell slid into a chain-link fence prior to being redirected onto the shoulder of the roadway where he came to rest. The motorcycle continued eastbound and came to rest in the outside lane. Bell was treated on-scene by witnesses and Palm Beach County Fire Rescue personnel.
Bell was then transported to Delray Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries at 1:08 a.m.
