At 8:15 a.m. on Friday, April 4, Broward Sheriff Dr. Gregory Tony, along with U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi, members of BSO’s Cold Case Homicide Unit and Gang Investigations Task Force, the United States Attorney’s Office, the FBI, U.S. Border Patrol and other law enforcement agencies will announce arrests and prosecutions of MS-13 members in four gang-related cold case homicides that occurred in Broward and Palm Beach counties in 2014 and 2015. One of the cases resulted in a forensic excavation and recovery of a victim in Oakland Park in May 2021.

On Friday, media will need to arrive at the PSB no later than 7:15 a.m. in order to go through security, check in with your photo ID at the information booth and have your equipment swept and set up for the news conference.
