25-10-5 Date: Oct. 6 2025 Detectives from the Broward Sheriff’s Office Missing Persons Unit are appealing for community assistance to locate 17‑year‑old Anthony Gonzalez Tovar. He was last observed at 2:30 p.m. On Tuesday, Sept. 30 near Franklin Academy—situated at 5000 S.W. 207th Terrace, in Pembroke Pines. Authorities note that his parents reached out to the BSO’s Weston District deputies to report his disappearance. Tovar stands at 5 ft 7 in weighs about 160 lb and has brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen in a shirt paired with blue pants. Anyone with information about his whereabouts should contact BSO Detective Chris Blankenship at 954‑321‑4268 or the BSO non‑emergency line, at 954‑764‑HELP (4357).
