Broward Sheriff’S Office Cadet Killed In Motorcycle Crash

MIRAMAR, FL – Boca Post (BocaPost.com) — BSO mourns the loss of one of their own today as they announce Erick Bruno, 25, a Sheriff’s Office Cadet Deputy, was killed in a motorcycle accident in Miramar.

BSO reports that a deadly motorcycle accident took the life of Erick Bruno near the 7600 block of Pembroke Avenue in Miramar last night.

The Broward Sheriff’s Office is mourning the loss of a member of the BSO family. A BSO cadet deputy in the Department of Law Enforcement died late Wednesday night in a traffic crash in Miramar. Erick Bruno, 25, was riding his motorcycle when he was involved in a crash with another vehicle. Cadet Bruno, who was off-duty at the time of the crash, was pronounced deceased on scene. The Miramar Police Department’s Traffic Homicide Unit is investigating the circumstances of the crash. Cadet Bruno joined the Broward Sheriff’s Office in August 2021.
