BOCA RATON, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2025) — Westbound lanes of Palmetto Park Road are closed at I-95 after a crash between a TRI-RAIL train and a vehicle, according to an official traffic advisory. Drivers should avoid the area while crews work the scene.

Sources tell Boca Post at least one woman was transported to Delray Medical Center and that she was wearing a seatbelt. This is a breaking story; details are still coming in.

No timeline for reopening has been announced. Eastbound traffic was not referenced in the advisory. Investigators and first responders remain on scene.
