Stephen Baruch Passed Away After Deadly Crash

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL (Boca Post) — 61-Year-Old Stephen Baruch passed away after being involved in a crash near the Alton entrance in Palm Beach Gardens on Saturday, December 31st, 2022.

According to PBSO, 61-year-old Stephen Baruch was traveling westbound on Donald Ross Road approaching the intersection of Parkside Drive, within the inside lane of travel.

At the same time, 51-year-old Daniel Hudnet was traveling eastbound on Donald Ross Road approaching the intersection of Parkside Drive, within the inside lane of travel.

For undetermined reasons, Baruch veered to the southwest upon entering the intersection, and directly into the path of travel of Hudnet’s RAM 1500.

During the collision, the front passenger’s side corner of Baruch’s Tahoe impacted the driver’s side rear corner of Hudnet’s RAM.

Post-collision, Baruch’s SUV continued traveling in a southwesterly direction through all three lanes of eastbound traffic, over a concrete curb, and up a grassy embankment before coming to final rest in a landscaped area south of the edge of the pavement of Donald Ross Road.

Post-collision, Hudnet’s RAM rotated counterclockwise while continuing to travel eastbound before coming to final rest, facing west within the center lane of Donald Ross Road just inside the intersection.

For injuries received during the collision, D-1 was transported to Jupiter Medical Center, where at 5:20 p.m. he was pronounced deceased.

Hudnet was not injured during the collision.
