BOCA RATON, FL (Boca Post) — A Delray Beach couple was arrested after a violent attack in the Home Depot parking lot where witnesses say the two attacked the driver of another car after cutting him off.

The couple, 33-year-old Joey Ozarowski and 25-year-old Alexandra Remillard were arrested last month after a violent attack on another driver. The attack happened in the Home Depot parking lot at 8 PM on Monday, April 11th, 2022.

According to arrest paperwork, witnesses say they observed the car Joey was driving swerve out in front of another vehicle and then stop. Witnesses then observed Joey get out of his car and yell “I will F— You Up” as he approached the other vehicle. The other driver, 43-year-old Kevin Scarola, then got out of his car to “see what the problem was.”

Witnesses say that Joey then punched Kevin several times in the face when he started to defend himself. Kevin and Joey were on the ground fighting when Alexandra approached the two and proceeded to kick and punch Kevin.

PBSO deputies responded and arrested both Joey Ozarowski and Alexandra Remillard as it was determined they were the primary aggressors. Kevin Scarola was let go as they felt he was just defending himself in this situation.

Boca Post has learned that Ozarowski and Remillard have an extensively violent history together as well. The two have both previously filed restraining orders against one another and both have been arrested for attacking each other, violating restraining orders, as well as cyberstalking.
