Boca Raton Complaint Alleges Rear-End Crash Near Saturnia Gate

A Palm Beach County Circuit Court complaint alleges a Boca Raton rear-end crash near Estuary Drive and Saturnia Boulevard caused injuries.

The complaint in W Michael Weinstein v. Naser Hasan Al Sweity and Sky Net Wireless, LLC was filed in Palm Beach County Circuit Court.

BOCA RATON, FL — A Boca Raton-area rear-end crash near a community gate is now the subject of a civil lawsuit filed in Palm Beach County Circuit Court, according to a complaint reviewed by Boca Post.

The case, W Michael Weinstein v. Naser Hasan Al Sweity and Sky Net Wireless, LLC, Case No. 502026CA006644XXXAMB, was filed June 12, 2026, in the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida. The complaint lists the matter as an action for negligence and identifies Division AO on the case header.

W Michael Weinstein is the plaintiff. Naser Hasan Al Sweity and Sky Net Wireless, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, are named as defendants. The complaint lists Leifer & Ramirez, PLLC, of Boca Raton, as attorneys for the plaintiff, with Fernando Ramirez listed on the filing.

The allegations have not been proven in court.

According to the complaint, the case stems from a crash that allegedly happened at about 10:10 p.m. on August 29, 2025, near the intersection of Estuary Drive and Saturnia Boulevard in Boca Raton. The filing describes the location as a community gate.

The lawsuit alleges Al Sweity was driving a 2024 white Isuzu truck at the time of the crash. The complaint claims Al Sweity rear-ended Weinstein’s vehicle, causing the crash.

The complaint alleges Al Sweity was negligent in the operation, maintenance or use of the vehicle. Among the allegations, the lawsuit claims he failed to operate the truck in a safe and reasonable manner, failed to comply with state and local traffic laws, failed to keep a reasonable distance from vehicles in front of him, and failed to avoid the collision.

Weinstein claims in the complaint that he suffered bodily injuries, pain and suffering, physical handicap, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, inconvenience and loss of capacity for the enjoyment of life. The filing also claims the injuries are permanent and continuing in nature.

The lawsuit also alleges Weinstein incurred medical expenses and will continue to incur additional expenses in the future. The complaint further claims his vehicle was damaged, required repairs, lost value and was unavailable for his use.

The complaint includes a second count against Sky Net Wireless, LLC, based on vicarious liability. The filing alleges Al Sweity was an employee and/or owner of Sky Net Wireless and was acting within the scope of his duties, employment and/or ownership at the time of the crash.

The lawsuit seeks damages in excess of the circuit court jurisdictional threshold of $50,000, along with post-judgment interest, costs and any other relief the court deems proper. Weinstein also demands a jury trial.

The filing reviewed by Boca Post does not include a response from either defendant.
