HOLLYWOOD, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2024) — Hollywood Police asking for the public’s help after a newborn baby was found deceased in a dumpster.

Just after 8 AM, on Monday, January 8th, 2023, police officers from the Hollywood Police Department responded to a report of an unresponsive baby discovered inside a dumpster on Rodman Street. Immediate life saving measures were taken, but unfortunately, the baby was pronounced dead. Homicide detectives arrived at the scene and are currently conducting an investigation.

The Hollywood Police Department is seeking assistance from the community.
