The incident occurred near West Commercial Boulevard early in the morning. The victim, Christopher Mathurin, was found dead inside a vehicle after reports of a crash and gunshots. Investigators believe there was a shooting that led to two vehicles colliding, with the occupants of one car fleeing the scene.
