A joint venture between 13th Floor Investments and Rockpoint says it has secured a $100 million construction loan to build an eight-story, transit-oriented project with 340 apartments and ground-floor retail next to the Boca Raton Tri-Rail station.

Boca Raton City Council is scheduled to take a final vote Jan. 20 on agreements tied to the downtown government campus redevelopment, with a voter referendum expected in March 2026 if a long-term lease is approved.
