Boca Raton is pressing ahead with its City Hall Campus Redevelopment Project, extending its agreement with Terra & Frisbie Group and scheduling a new community open house as updated plans take shape ahead of a 2026 voter referendum.
GL Homes is one step closer to building another 679 homes in West Boca. The approved approval will add 679 new homes between Lyons and US-441 just south and bordering Olympic Heights High School.
The Palm Beach County Planning Commission met on January 14th, 2022 and voted against the GL Homes Land Swap Proposal which would allow for development of close to 4,000 homes on the Ag Reserve.
