A Boca Raton condominium association has filed a civil lawsuit seeking an injunction and other relief against a unit owner over allegations that multiple cats are being kept and allowed to roam the property in violation of governing rules.
Tri-County Animal Rescue says more than 100 dogs and cats were rescued in just the past month as the nonprofit closed out a year marked by emergency care, hoarding cases, and abandoned animals.
