Anderson Nazrudeen Khan Moves To Watergate Estates In West Boca Raton

BOCA RATON, FL (Boca Post) — Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office tells Boca Post that Watergate Estates in West Boca Raton has a new resident, a sexual predator from Port Saint Lucie by the name of Anderson Nazrudeen Khan.

According to a sexual offender registration update, Anderson Nazrudeen Khan has moved into a mobile home located at 23078 Watergate Circle, in Watergate Estates, a mobile home community in West Boca Raton.

Khan was convicted of one count of “SEX BATT/COERCE CHILD BY ADULT; F.S. 794.011(8)(b)” by courts in Saint Lucie County in 2010.

Boca Post recently reported another pedophile who moved to Watergate Estates which brought the count up to more than 31 registered sex offenders in the mobile home community.
