Robert “Bobby” Anthony Amoroso Registered Sex Offender, Moves To Trends In West Boca

BOCA RATON, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2022) — Florida Department of Law Enforcement tells Boca Post that a new sexual offender has registered in the Trends neighborhood in West Boca.

Robert Anthony Amoroso, 47, has declared his permanent address to be 23151 Floralwood Ln in Trends. The Trends community is located near SW 18th Street and Lyons Road.

According to Google Maps, the home on Floralwood Lane that Amoroso now lives at is less than one mile from Hammock Pointe Elementary School, which is located at 8400 S.W. 8TH ST in Boca Raton.

Amoroso was convicted for lewd and lascivious battery on two victims 12-15 years of age in 2001 when he was 26 years old. He was arrested in 2001 by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s after a 13-year-old boy came forward and admitted the two maintained a sexual relationship for over a year and a half.

According to FDLE, Amoroso is known to drive the following vehicles:

  • Black Chevrolet truck
  • Black Jeep
  • Blue Dodge Coupe
  • Silver Dodge Coupe
  • Gray Mercedez Sedan (FL:PEPA42)

The 47-year-old man has tattoos on his right arm, left arm, and back. Amoroso is 6’00” and weighs approximately 162 lbs.
