Man In Critical Condition After Being Struck By Car In Magnolia Park

PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2023) — 66-year-old John Shuhl is in critical condition after being struck by a car in Magnolia Park on Wednesday evening.

Hamza Alkurdi, aged 30, was driving north on N Australian Ave when he approached Pioneer Road. Simultaneously, John Shuhl, aged 66, was walking in the roadway in an improper manner.

Unexpectedly, Shuhl fell into the path of Alkurdi’s moving Nissan Sentra. The front bumper, hood and windshield of Alkurdi’s vehicle struck Shuhl.

Alkurdi brought his car to a controlled stop while Shuhl rolled off the car and came to a rest.

Fire Rescue transported Shuhl to St. Mary’s Medical Center with critical injuries. Currently, he is in stable but critical condition.
