The Missing Persons Unit of the Broward Sheriff’s Office has successfully found Aiden Mahabir, a 12 year old who was reported missing from North Lauderdale.

Detectives have confirmed that Mahabir has safely returned home and is in good condition.

On Monday, December 11th, a missing persons alert was issued for him when he was last seen around 3;45 p.m. At Silver Lakes Middle School located at 7600 Tam O’Shanter Blvd.

The Missing Persons Unit of the Broward Sheriff’s Office is seeking public assistance in locating Aiden Mahabir, a 12 year old boy who is missing from North Lauderdale.

According to investigators, Mahabir was last seen around 3;45 p.m. On Monday, December 11th, at Silver Lakes Middle School located at 7600 Tam O’Shanter Blvd. He stands approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs about 100 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and was dressed in a blue sweatshirt and pants with red, black and white shoes.

Anyone who has any information regarding Mahabir’s whereabouts is urged to get in touch with Detective Chris Blankenship from the BSO Missing Persons Unit at 954 321 4268 or contact the BSO non emergency number at 954 764 HELP (4357).
