Baudler Dorleans Shot And Killed, No Arrest Has Been Made

HOLLYWOOD, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2023) — A 29-year-old man was shot and killed by an employee at a business on Rodman Street in Hollywood.

According to the Hollywood Police Department, on June 23rd, 2023, at approximately 9:30 pm, Hollywood Police Officers responded to 5725 Rodman Street in reference to a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located the gunshot victim.

The victim was pronounced deceased by Hollywood Fire Rescue. The shooter remained at the scene and was detained by officers.

Before the shooting, the shooter called 911 regarding a customer threatening him over the phone and wanted to make a phone report. While an officer was on the phone with him, the victim arrived at the location, an altercation ensued, and then the shooting.

Detectives are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the homicide. At this time, no arrest has been made.
