BOCA RATON, FL (Boca Post) — Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office tells Boca Post that Huntington Lakes in West Delray Beach has a new resident, a sexual predator from Lake, IL.

According to a sexual offender registration update, Dennis Wells has moved into a condo at 7076 Huntington Lane in Delray Beach.

Wells was convicted of one count of “SEX OFFENSE, OTHER STATE (PREDATORY CRIMINAL SEXUAL ASSAULT OF A CHILD)” by an Illinois court in 2013.
