Ramona Benedetic, 18, Passed Away

BOCA RATON, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2023) — 18-year-old Ramona Benedetic of Boca Raton died in a high speed motorcycle crash in unincorporated Boca Raton late on Sunday evening.

According to PBSO, Ramona Benedetic, 18, of Boca Raton, was traveling westbound on Yamato Road west of Lyons Road in the inside (number 1) lane.

Investigators say that Benedetic was traveling at a high rate of speed. For unknown reasons, Benedetic went off the roadway and mounted the raised center median and continued westbound before striking a large tree.

Benedetic was ejected from the motorcycle, and came to final rest approximately 10 feet from the motorcycle.

Palm Beach County Fire Rescue pronounced Benedetic deceased on scene.
