BOCA RATON, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2025) — ESPN Events has announced that Bush’s® Beans is taking over title sponsorship of the annual college football postseason game played at Florida Atlantic University’s Flagler Credit Union Stadium. The game will now be known as the Bush’s Boca Raton Bowl of Beans, according to the official announcement from ESPN Events and bowl organizers posted at the bowl’s website, BocaRatonBowl.com.

The 2025 Bush’s Boca Raton Bowl of Beans is scheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2025, with a 2 p.m. ET kickoff at FAU’s on-campus stadium in Boca Raton. The matchup will air live on ESPN, with audio on ESPN Radio and ESPN 106.3 for local listeners, according to the announcement.

Bush’s Beans is leaning into the theme.

“Our bean obsession knows no bounds—that’s why we’re on a mission to turn the stadium into the biggest bowl of beans the world has seen,” said Stephen Palacios, Senior Vice President of Marketing for Bush’s Beans, in the release shared by bowl organizers. He said the brand is “stepping off the sidelines and calling the plays in Boca Raton with full-flavored fun, fan-fueled bean mayhem and a few trick plays up our sleeve,” as quoted in the announcement at bushbeans.com.

Bowl leadership welcomed the new partnership.

“We are thrilled to welcome Bush’s Beans as our title sponsor this year,” said Boca Raton Bowl Executive Director Doug Mosley, in the same ESPN Events release published at BocaRatonBowl.com. He called Bush’s “a market leader” and added that their products are likely to show up in tailgate lots well before kickoff.

Organizers say Bush’s Beans and its Secret Family Recipe will be positioned as the “official flavor of bowl season,” whether fans are grilling in the parking lot, cheering from the stands or hosting a watch party at home. The announcement promises “bean-tastic surprises” in the lead-up to game day and during the event itself.

Fans who want in early will have to wait a bit longer to lock in seats. Tickets go on sale Dec. 7, according to the bowl office. Supporters can sign up for pre-sale updates and fan information at BocaRatonBowl.com and by following the bowl’s social media channels on Facebook, Twitter/X and Instagram, as listed in the release.

The 12th Annual Boca Raton Bowl will again be played at Flagler Credit Union Stadium on the FAU campus, with what organizers describe as “thrilling football action and fan fest fun” in this season’s official background materials on BocaRatonBowl.com. The game is owned and operated by ESPN Events, a division of ESPN that runs a national portfolio of college football, college basketball and other collegiate events across the country, including multiple bowl games and early-season kickoff contests, according to the ESPN Events overview included with today’s announcement.

Since its launch, the Boca Raton Bowl has been part of that lineup, generating national television exposure and drawing fans to Boca Raton in December. Organizers say the event has logged 11 successful years with cumulative viewership surpassing 30 million households and total sponsorship value topping $250 million, according to historical figures referenced in the current fact sheet at BocaRatonBowl.com. More than 50 former Boca Raton Bowl players have been selected in the NFL Draft, with additional alumni reaching the league as undrafted free agents, the bowl’s overview notes.

Bush’s Beans, founded in 1908 and still a family-owned company, describes itself as “That Beautiful Bean Co.®” and emphasizes what it calls a “quality-obsessed” approach to its products, from baked beans to chili beans and other sides, according to the company’s profile at bushbeans.com. The brand says it sees the partnership with the Boca Raton Bowl as another way to “elevate beans in every person’s life,” linking its long-running marketing to the bowl game’s December stage in Boca.
