A West Palm Beach domestic violence call led deputies to discover a man using a sword to attack his relative. The suspect failed to comply with orders to release the weapon so a deputy ended up killing him. Medical teams performed life-saving procedures but both the victim and suspect died at the location. An investigation is underway.
