Bso Man Who Tried To Kill 3 Deputies On Christmas Eve Is Arrested In Boca – Ga Quon Reed

BOCA RATON, FL (Boca Post) — On Christmas Eve, three Broward Sheriffs Office deputies exchanged gunfire with a suspect who escaped in a vehicle. A passenger was dropped off at a local hospital but the driver got away. The driver was arrested in Boca Raton on Monday, December 27th, 2021.

Ga Quon Reed, 24, was arrested on a warrant served in Boca Raton on Monday, December 27th, 2021.

Reed is accused of firing on 3 deputies while on the 1900 block of NW 31st Ave near Fort Lauderdale on Christmas Eve. Deputies allege that they observed shooting occur and returned fire on the suspect; however, he was still able to escape.

According to BSO jail records, Reed is facing 3 charges of 782.04-1A1 ‘ATTEMPTED MURDER TO LAW ENFORCMENT’.
