Ninja Kidz Action Park Faces Negligence Lawsuit In Palm Beach County Circuit Court

GREENACRES, FL — A Palm Beach County action park is facing a civil negligence lawsuit after a mother alleged her young son was injured in a slip-and-fall on a wet ramp leading to a trampoline area, according to a newly filed complaint.

The case was filed June 24, 2026, in the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, Circuit Civil Division. The complaint identifies the plaintiff as Orleanis Noa, suing as the natural guardian and parent of her minor son, Leonard Hernandez Noa. The defendant is NKDZ West Palm, LLC, doing business as Ninja Kidz Action Park (formerly Adrenaline), a Florida limited liability company.

The case is docketed as Noa v. NKDZ West Palm, LLC, Case No. 502026CA007088XXXAMB, in Division AH. Court records show the matter was filed by attorney Andres G. Montero of the Law Offices of Suarez & Montero in Miami.

According to the complaint, on or about November 2, 2025, the minor was a guest and patron at the Ninja Kidz Action Park facility at 7645 Lake Worth Road in the Greenacres area of Palm Beach County. The lawsuit alleges he was walking onto a ramp designed to provide access to the trampoline area when he slipped on what the filing describes as a wet and slippery surface.

The complaint alleges the ramp was in a hazardous condition at the time and that the operator knew or should have known of the danger. The filing alleges the business failed to maintain the premises, remedy the condition, or adequately warn patrons of the risk.

The lawsuit alleges the child sustained serious and permanent injuries that required surgical intervention. According to the complaint, the plaintiff was not adequately warned of the dangerous condition before the incident.

The complaint brings a single count of negligence and premises liability. In plain terms, the lawsuit claims the business had a duty to keep its property reasonably safe for patrons and that it failed to do so. The filing alleges the operator allowed a transient liquid to remain on the ramp and did not warn visitors or correct the condition.

The lawsuit seeks compensatory damages in excess of $50,000, the jurisdictional threshold for circuit court. The complaint requests recovery for past and future medical expenses, past and future pain and suffering, mental anguish, loss of capacity for the enjoyment of life, lost wages, loss of earning capacity, property damage, and the costs of the action. The plaintiff has also demanded a jury trial.

The filing reviewed by Boca Post does not include a response from the defendant. Ninja Kidz Action Park has not filed an answer to the complaint based on the records reviewed, and no defense law firm is listed in the filing.
