David Casals, a well known attorney in South Florida finds himself in some legal trouble today as he was arrested on drug smuggling charges.

Almost seven months after a deadly hit-and-run in Wilton Manors killed two children, a third child has succumbed to her injuries.

Broward Sheriffs Office has released an update that they have located the vehicle involved in the hit and run which killed two small children on Monday. They are currently searching for the suspect.
