WEST PALM BEACH, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2025) — A West Palm Beach motorcyclist has died days after a crash that sent his vehicle off the roadway, onto a sidewalk, and into the front yard of a residence, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.

The crash happened the night of December 16, 2025, at about 9:31 p.m., in the area of Melaleuca Road and Rose Circle, sheriff’s traffic investigators reported.

Deputies said the motorcycle was traveling westbound on Melaleuca Road as it approached Rose Circle. The rider failed to stop at the stop sign, continued westbound, mounted the sidewalk, and traveled into the front yard of a home in the 1400 block of Rose Circle. The motorcycle struck the residence, according to the sheriff’s office traffic report.

The rider was identified as Cade Patrick Randolph, 20, of West Palm Beach. Investigators listed him as the driver of the motorcycle involved in the crash.

The motorcycle was described as a Kawasaki Prairie. No safety equipment was listed in the report.

Emergency responders transported Randolph from the scene to St. Mary’s Medical Center with critical injuries. He remained hospitalized for several days following the crash.

On December 23, 2025, Randolph succumbed to injuries sustained during the collision, deputies said. The fatality time was recorded as 2:09 p.m.

The crash occurred at 1439 Rose Circle, where the motorcycle entered the front yard after leaving the roadway. No other vehicles were listed in the report, and no additional drivers or passengers were identified.

The sheriff’s office did not list alcohol or drugs as a factor in the report, and no charges were noted at the time of the log entry. The investigation numbers associated with the case were listed under two traffic signals tied to the initial crash and the later fatality.

Next of kin has been notified, according to deputies.

The incident remains documented as a traffic fatality investigation by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Division.
