BOCA RATON, FL (Boca Post) — A man in his 60s is dead after being run over by a semi-truck near US-441 and Twin Meadow Lakes Drive in West Boca.
Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office is confirming that on March 24th at approximately 4:53 PM a man was walking southbound on the west side if US-441 when he stepped in front of a tractor-trailer that was turning onto Twin Meadow Lakes Drive.
Sources tell Boca Post that the man, who was said to be in his 60s, was witnessed being run over by the Semi’s trailer. Sources say that the man had tire marks on his abdomen. Witnesses performed CPR on the man but he was said to be without a pulse when first responders arrived.
The man was transported to Delray Medical Center as a Priority 1 Trauma alert where he was later declared deceased.
