Fire-Rescue Responds To Pompano Beach Commercial Fire Early Saturday Morning.

POMPANO BEACH, FL (Boca Post) — Pompano Beach Fire Rescue responded to a commercial fire at Steve C’s Linen on SW 9th Terrace in Pompano Beach early Saturday morning.

Sources close to the incident tell Boca Post that the fire was quickly put out by responding firefighters.

There is a hole in the roof from the fire that they believe started from a dryer vent, possibly caused by lint.

Firefighters checked the internal temperature with a Thermal Imaging Camera (TIC) and verified that there is no longer a threat. The large response by Fire Rescue was then slowed down and canceled.

The on-call fire inspector has been notified and will be responding.

No injuries are reported.
