Man Struck By Car, Killed In Pompano Beach
POMPANO BEACH, FL – Boca Post (BocaPost.com) — BSO is investigating a crash that killed a pedestrian in Pompano Beach on February 20th, 2023.
According to the Broward Sheriff’s Office, the Traffic Homicide Unit is investigating a crash that killed a pedestrian on Monday, Feb. 20 in Pompano Beach.
Shortly after 3:09 a.m. that morning BSO Traffic Homicide Unit detectives were notified and responded to the scene of a fatal crash involving a vehicle and a pedestrian near the 1600 block of East Atlantic Boulevard.
The preliminary on-scene investigation revealed Aamer Jawwad was driving a 2010 Honda CRV traveling eastbound on East Atlantic Boulevard in the left-thru lane.
