William Pastoria Of Pompano Beach Passed Away
DEERFIELD BEACH, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2023) — A Pompano Beach man died after being involved in a single-vehicle crash near Quiet Waters Park in Deerfield Beach.
According to the Broward Sheriff’s Office, shortly after 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 15, Broward Sheriff’s Office Traffic Homicide investigators responded to a traffic crash in the 300 block of Quiet Waters Park Drive in Deerfield Beach.
The preliminary investigation revealed William R. Pastoria was driving a 1999 Chevrolet Blazer traveling northbound on Quiet Waters Park Drive within Quiet Waters Park when he lost control of the vehicle and struck the raised curb on the passenger side.
The 1999 Chevrolet Blazer left the northbound lane and drifted across the southbound lane while rotating counterclockwise. The passenger side tires of the vehicle furrowed into the grass on the west side of the roadway causing the vehicle to roll onto its passenger side. Pastoria was unrestrained and was subsequently ejected through the open passenger side window. Pastoria was pronounced deceased on the scene.
