Raymundo Santaigo, 20, Passed Away

LOXAHATCHEE, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2023) — A Loxahatchee man was found dead in his car that was pulled out of a canal in Loxahatchee on Friday evening.

According to PBSO, 20-year-old Raymundo Santaigo, of Loxahatchee, was found deceased in his vehicle which was fully submerged in a canal on G Road in Loxahatchee on Friday evening.

PBSO deputies and PBC Fire Rescue responded to reports of a car submerged in a canal near the 2900 block of G Road East in Loxahatchee just before 5 PM on Friday, August 18th, 2023.

Investigators say that Santaigo was driving a Mazda 3 southbound on G Road East. For undetermined reasons Santaigo departed the roadway to the east (left) and entered the canal where it became submerged. Santaigo was declared deceased after the vehicle was pulled from the canal.
