Breaking 1 Injured In Lantana Shooting

LANTANA, FL – Boca Post (BocaPost.com) — Palm Beach County Fire Rescue and Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office are on scene at Tropical Villas apartments at 977 Miner Road in Lanata in response to a shooting.

While sources have called this an accidental shooting, Boca Post has been told that a 35-year-old man with a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the forehead is in critical condition.

Palm Beach Fire Rescue responded shortly after the call first came in at 9:10 PM. Fire Rescue was staged in the area until 9:19 when the scene was deemed secure by Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office. Commanders terminated the call at 9:27 PM.
