Josue Marquez Ayala Charged With Firing Weapon In Public

LAKE WORTH BEACH, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2023) — A Lake Worth Beach man was arrested for firing a gun in public.

According to the Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office, PBSO deputies assigned to the City of Lake Worth Beach responded to a shooting in the 1100 block of South G Street.

Upon arrival deputies located Josue Marquez Ayala who matched the description of a suspect discharging a weapon in public. While checking out with Josue, he immediately reached into his waistband, removed a firearm and tossed it several yards away while attempting to hide.

The firearm was located and without incident, Josue Marquez Ayala was arrested. He was transported to the PBC Jail to be booked on the following charges.
