Road Closures In Boca Raton Due To Brightline Station Construction, Traffic Woes

BOCA RATON, FL – Boca Post (BocaPost.com) — The City of Boca Raton is reminding residents that due to the construction of the new Brightline station, NW 2nd Street will be closed for the next few weeks.

As previously reported by Boca Post, NW 2nd Street in Boca Raton will be closed for the next few weeks while construction related to the new Brightline station continues.

NW 2nd Street at Dixie Highway will be closed from June 18th until June 30th.

Detour Information:

  • Westbound NW 2nd St. traffic will be directed to travel south on Dixie Hwy. to Palmetto Park Rd., travel west on Palmetto Park Rd. to NW 2nd Ave. and travel north on NW 2nd Ave. to NW 2nd St.
  • Eastbound NW 2nd St. traffic will be directed to travel south on NW 2nd Ave. to NW 2nd St., travel east on Palmetto Park Rd. to Dixie Hwy. and travel north on Dixie Hwy. to NW 2nd St.
