BROWARD COUNTY, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2024) — This morning, Broward Sheriff’s Office Robbery Unit detectives were conducting a proactive investigation on an armed robbery suspect in an area in Hollywood.

During their surveillance operation a pursuit ensued ending near 20821 and State Road 7 in Miami Gardens.

According to investigators, the armed robbery suspect rammed two BSO vehicles. Miami Dade Fire Rescue transported two deputies to a local hospital with minor injuries.

The suspect is in custody, and the investigation is ongoing.
