One Glove Bandit Caught On Camera

On January 10th of the year 2025 in Broward Countys North Lauderdale District area detectives from the Sheriffs Office are asking for the communitys assistance in identifying and finding a man who was captured by surveillance cameras while breaking into a car and stealing a handgun near the 7800 block of Southwest Seventh Street 3;47 a.m. back, in December 8th of 2024 which was a Sunday night. The video clip captures a man in his thirties with a black hair cap and a blue long sleeve T shirt trying to open the door of a 2021 Jeep Cherokee by fidgeting with the door handles moments later; another individual in dark clothes and a white glove, on their right hand is observed opening the trunk. Authorities state that after entering the vehicle the thief made their way to the passenger side of the Jeep and started searching through the contents of the car. It is suspected that, during this search is when the thief came across and took the weapon.
