DANIA BEACH, FL – Boca Post (BocaPost.com) — Broward Sheriff’s Office is seeking witnesses or anyone with information about the attempted murder that occurred in Dania Beach on April 27th, 2022.

The suspect allegedly shot a group of people with rifle at CW Thomas Park in Dania Beach.

Broward Sheriff’s Office Violent Crimes detectives seek the public’s help identifying a man who shot at a group of people last Wednesday in Dania Beach. 
At approximately 3:40 p.m., Wednesday, April 27, BSO Dania Beach district deputies responded to a “shots fired” call near C.W. Thomas Park, located at 803 N.W. First Street in Dania Beach. On scene, detectives learned an adult male driving a silver sedan shot a rifle into a crowd gathered at the park. The subject then fled the scene in an unknown direction. An adult male was struck and later located at a nearby hospital with an injury listed as not life-threatening.
BSO investigators ask anyone with information on the subject’s identity or the circumstances surrounding this incident to contact Broward Crime Stoppers directly at 954-493-TIPS (8477).
