BSO Detectives Are Searching For 16-Year-Old

Authorities from the Broward Sheriff’s Office are currently on the lookout for a 16 year old individual identified as Alex Edwards. The Missing Persons Unit at the Broward Sheriff’s Office is seeking assistance from the community to locate Edwards, who has been reported missing from Lauderdale Lakes. According to investigators, Edwards was last spotted in the vicinity of the 2700 block of Northwest 34th Terrace around 10 a.m. On Monday, July 15. Descriptions indicate that Edwards stands at a height of 5 feet 9 inches, weighs approximately 120 pounds and has brown hair and eyes. During his last sighting, he was dressed in a black shirt and black sweatpants. If anyone has any information regarding Edwards’ whereabouts, they are urged to reach out to BSO Detective Chris Blankenship at either 954 321 4268 or the BSO non emergency number at 954 764 HELP (4357).
