Boynton Beach, FL – Boca Post (BocaPost.com) — A Boynton Beach man has been arrested for 2 counts of molesting a victim older than 12 but younger than 16 for allegedly molesting his girlfriend’s 13-year-old teenage daughter on multiple occasions.

According to an arrest affidavit submitted by the Boynton Beach Police Department, Anthuan Stone, 40, of Seacrest Boulevard in Boynton Beach, is accused of molesting a 13-year-old victim on two separate occurrences.

The report states that the victim, who is the daughter of Stone’s girlfriend, was laying on the couch earlier this month at about 8 am when Anthuan came into the apartment and began “rubbing” her “butt and v*gina over her clothes”. The report alleges that Stone did this for several minutes until the victim woke up. The victim got up and went to the bathroom. The victim reports that she didn’t report the incident earlier as she was scared so she just went on with her day.

Later that day, at about 11 am, the victim was laying on the couch when Stone approached her and allegedly groped her again. Stone allegedly rubbed her ‘butt and v*gina over her clothes’ and then moved his hands below her underwear and continued to inappropriately touch her v*gina . Stone then allegedly mounted the victim, kissed her cheek several times, tried to kiss her on the mouth, and continued ‘grinding’ on her. The victim reports that she told Stone to stop but he refused. The activity all stopped when the mother was heard entering the apartment.

The victim reportedly told her mother about everything a few hours later because she knew what Stone was doing was wrong. The mother and the victim later confronted Stone where he admitted that he “F*cked up”. Stone left the apartment once he realized the mother and neighbors who have learned of the incident were not accepting the behavior.

Boynton Beach Police Department was dispatched to to the apartment on that day, December 5th at approximately 7PM. Responding officers took a report and received video evidence of Stone being confronted by the victim and the victim’s mother. Stone is observed on video saying “I never tell you not to tell your momma” and also yelling “I F*CKED UP”.

The following day, detectives had the victim’s mother call Stone and listened on as he claimed he was “playing” with the girl and that he was just trying to get his “bag of molly” from under her “thing”. Stone yelled at the mother, stating “You always have to believe your daughter”.

The victim’s mother disclosed to detectives that she was previously told by Stone’s ex-girlfriend that Stone is a pedophile but she didn’t give any more details than that.

On Friday (12/17/21) Boynton Beach Police Department issued a warrant for the arrest of Stone and he was successfully apprehended on Tuesday (12/20/21).

According to court records, Stone attended his first appearance Tuesday (12/21/21) and is currently in PBSO custody with a bond set at $200,000 while he faces the following charges:

  • 2x 800.04(5AC2) LEWD OR LASCIVIOUS MOLESTATION
