Erick Nevarez Arrested On Child P*Rn Charges

BOYNTON BEACH, FL – Boca Post (BocaPost.com) — A Boynton Beach man has been arrested for being in possession of a large amount of child P*rn.

Erick Nevarez, 26, of Boynton Beach, was the subject of an investigation that was initiated in November 2021 from a Cyber Tip report provided to law enforcement by the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).

The cyber tip originated with images of child P*rn being transferred on Snapchat. Additional cyber tips were submitted from Kik which depicted more child P*rn. The investigation led detectives to Erick Nevarez when they discovered his email addresses and IP addresses being used.

The investigation identified several files being transferred on different social media accounts from different locations including his home in Boynton Beach and his place of employment in Boca Raton. The investigation identified several IP addresses linked to the address where Erick Nevarez lives in Boynton Beach and where he works in Boca Raton.

According to law enforcement investigative databases, Alicia Nevarez Montelongo and her adult son, Erick G Corral Nevarez live at the address with Ernesto Santillanes Sanchez. Ernesto Santillanes Sanchez purchased the home in 2018.

Erick G Corral Nevarez works for Global Wholesale Art Corporation, which is located at 10058 Spanish Isles Blvd, Boca Raton, FL 33498.

The P*rn material is too graphic to describe on Boca Post; however, we can tell you that the content is of girls as young as 4 years old to 14 years of age being sexually exploited.

When detectives went to interview Nevarez in May of 2022, his parents told them he was in Mexico for a family emergency.

On May 20, 2022, Erick Nevarez was detained by Homeland Security Investigations in Atlanta, where he first re-entered the United States from Mexico. HSI detained Nevarez’s cell phone, which was subsequently sent via FedEx to HSI in West Palm Beach. Detective Wildove, who is an HSI TFO, conducted a border search on the phone and found several images of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). The phone was then seized by HSI and turned over to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s office as evidence.

Nevarez was charged with 17 counts of 775.0847(23) POSSESSION OF CHILD P*rn (MORE THAN 10 IMAGES/VIDEOS), meaning he was in possession of at least 170 images/videos of child P*rn.

Erick Nevarez was arrested on a warrant and is currently in the custody of the PBSO jail.
