Steven Kashian Of Kashwise Global Funding Arrested For Burglary And Battery Charges In Delray Beach
DELRAY BEACH, FL – Boca Post (BocaPost.com) — A Delray Beach man is facing burglary and battery charges, according to jail records released to Boca Post by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.
Steven Kashian, 59, of the 900 block of Allamanda Drive in east Delray Beach, has been arrested Monday afternoon by the Delray Beach Police Department. Boca Post has been notified that the charges filed include “BURGL – OCCUPIED STRUCTURE UNARMED” and “BATTERY – TOUCH OR STRIKE”.
These charges appear to be in response to a court-ordered warrant following an incident that occurred last month. Police responded to his waterfront home on Allamanda drive in east Delray Beach in response to a domestic disturbance. At that time, his ex-wife alleged that he punched her in the face while she was sitting in her vehicle.
At that time, he was arrested for simple domestic battery. According to court records, information has since been filed including “784.03(1) BATTERY (DOMESTIC)” and “810.02(13) BURGLARY OF AN OCCUPIED STRUCTURE OR CONVEYANCE”. Kashian was remanded to PBSO custody for the new warrant.
This isn’t the first time Kashian has been arrested by the Delray Beach Police Department. In December of 2021, he was charged with battery on a person 65 or older after he was accused of punching an elderly man through an open window of his vehicle following an argument.
Boca Post has learned that Kashian is registered with the State of Florida as the president of Kashwise Global Funding Solutions. According to the company’s website, “In 2000, Mr. Kashian left the brokerage industry and opened Kashwise Investments where he started and runs a hedge fund using the skills he acquired as a market maker & trader.”
While the website appears to be out of date, it does list a Boca Raton address as the office location. However, that address is not found in any active records with the state.
Kashian was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail at 4:54 on Monday afternoon where he remains this morning.
