Stacy Beyda Of Boynton Beach Charged With Dui
BOYNTON BEACH, FL – Boca Post (BocaPost.com) — Stacy Beyda of the Hunters Run community in Boynton Beach has been arrested and charged with DUI after crashing her BMW into a palm tree in her community.
Stacy Beyda, 61, of the 20 block of Hampshire Lane in the Hunters Run community located in Boynton Beach, has been arrested by the Boynton Beach Police Department. Boca Post has been notified that multiple charges have been filed, including:
- DUI – With property damage to a person or another
- Resisting officer – without violence
- Resisting officer – refusal to accept / sign citation
According to an arrest report submitted by the Boynton Beach Police Department, Beyda crashed her BMW X3 into a palm tree in her community. Beyda admitted to police she was driving too fast for the curve.
Beyda admitted to the arresting officer that she had one glass of wine at the Hunters Run clubhouse prior to the accident. The officer reported the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from Beyda as she spoke. Beyda refused to perform any field sobriety tests and then became uncooperative. Once placed under arrest, Beyda tensed up and refused to get into the Police car. Officers say that Beyda pulled out of the cuffs and pulled away before she was safely placed into the car.
According to the DBPR, Beyda is a licensed real estate agent with a license in good standing since 2012. Beyda may be a sales associate at Coldwell Banker Realty, according to the company’s website.
Beyda was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail at 2:54 AM on Thursday, October 27th, 2022.
